NEW CONSTRUCTION

Package 1:

Fee: $120 hour

60 Hour Minimum

No Furniture Minimum

Retainer: $2,500

Package 2:

Fee: $75 /hour

60 Hour Minimum

15k Furniture

Retainer: $2,500

RENOVATION

Package 1:

Fee: $95 / hour

40 Hour Minimum

No Furniture Minimum

Retainer: $1,500

Package 2:

Fee: $65 /hour

40 Hour Minimum

15k Furniture

Retainer: $1,500

DECORATING

Fee: $95 /hour

Room Minimums:

Living Room: $10,000

Dining $6,000

Bedroom: $8,000

Offices: $8,000

Retainer: 10% of the budget

Once a package is chosen details of the scope of work will be listed in a contract agreement.

The initial consultation is complimentary. A retainer is due upon contract signature. All retainers go towards the purchases of furniture and/ or hours accrued. Minimum hours do not include renderings and 3D models.
